Sal 56.1:   TEN misericordia de mí, oh Dios, porque me devoraría el hombre: Me oprime combatiéndome cada día.
Ps 56.1:   Be merciful unto me, O God: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me.
Sal 56.2:   Apúranme mis enemigos cada día; Porque muchos son los que pelean contra mí, oh Altísimo.
Ps 56.2:   Mine enemies would daily swallow [me] up: for [they be] many that fight against me, O thou most High.
Sal 56.3:   En el día que temo, Yo en ti confío.
Ps 56.3:   What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
Sal 56.4:   En Dios alabaré su palabra: En Dios he confiado, no temeré Lo que la carne me hiciere.
Ps 56.4:   In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.
Sal 56.5:   Todos los días me contristan mis negocios; Contra mí son todos sus pensamientos para mal.
Ps 56.5:   Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts [are] against me for evil.
Sal 56.6:   Reúnense, escóndense, Miran ellos atentamente mis pasos, Esperando mi vida.
Ps 56.6:   They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul.
Sal 56.7:   ¿Escaparán ellos por la iniquidad? Oh Dios, derriba en tu furor los pueblos.
Ps 56.7:   Shall they escape by iniquity? in [thine] anger cast down the people, O God.
Sal 56.8:   Mis huídas has tú contado: Pon mis lágrimas en tu redoma: ¿No están ellas en tu libro?
Ps 56.8:   Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: [are they] not in thy book?
Sal 56.9:   Serán luego vueltos atrás mis enemigos el día que yo clamare: En esto conozco que Dios es por mí.
Ps 56.9:   When I cry [unto thee], then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God [is] for me.
Sal 56.10:   En Dios alabaré su palabra; En Jehová alabaré su palabra.
Ps 56.10:   In God will I praise [his] word: in the LORD will I praise [his] word.
Sal 56.11:   En Dios he confiado: no temeré Lo que me hará el hombre.
Ps 56.11:   In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.
Sal 56.12:   Sobre mí, oh Dios, están tus votos: Te tributaré alabanzas.
Ps 56.12:   Thy vows [are] upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee.
Sal 56.13:   Porque has librado mi vida de la muerte, Y mis pies de caída, Para que ande delante de Dios En la luz de los que viven.
Ps 56.13:   For thou hast delivered my soul from death: [wilt] not [thou deliver] my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?
